The best value for money. There is a private parking lot, Wi-Fi works without interruptions. Fresh towels and water are brought every day. The beach is a five-minute walk away.
Of the minuses - a damp spot on the ceiling in the bathroom and a broken faucet, but this is not critical for the money. Also, a rooster lives under the window, so it can become an irritant - keep in mind.

We stayed at the hotel from January to February 2025, the location is great, no breakfast, the restaurant is closed, the cleaning is so-so, but the price-quality ratio is super, we took it for 850 rubles per night and the area is just great, everything else is trifles. I recommend! Water two small bottles every day, good air conditioning, toothbrushes, soap, towels every day, a small refrigerator, a kettle, and there is plenty to eat around!
