The hotel is in the city center, but not in a noisy area. There are good coffee, tea and massage opposite. I stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The front desk staff was very nice and would help you a lot. The price was right, the breakfast was rich, the sea view room was also very nice, and the hotel was completely soundproof and not noisy. The only drawback was that the room was a little small and the air conditioner had a strong wind, which would blow on your head when you sleep.

Overall it's ok, but expectations and reality didn't match. I booked a room with a sea view, but for some reason I got one with a view of a construction site. The hotel doesn't have its own beach area with sun loungers. There's just sand under the palm trees, and quite far away. They'll only give you a towel. So it's not correct to call the hotel a beach hotel.
In my opinion, there's practically nothing to eat at breakfast, everything is tailored for Asians. I had to go to the nearest coffee shops, fortunately there are a lot of them around and they work from 7am.
The location of the hotel is ok, there are bus stops nearby, you can go to any part of the city. There are a lot of shops, cafes and massage parlors around.

We stayed at the Libra Hotel for 3 weeks. Great location, good hotel.
The buffet is good, a large variety of dishes, there is something for everyone to eat!
The rooms are in good condition, clean, well-maintained, everything works, no complaints.
The pool is not heated, refreshing. There is a spa and billiard tables, table football, a gym.
The service is excellent, at the reception there are people with good English and even with Russian, which was not the case in other hotels.
The location is in the center, shops, cafes, entertainment venues are nearby.
Of the minuses, I will note:
- you can not always have time to take beach towels, they quickly run out;
- there were problems with smoking guests, it took a long time to solve the problem, because the whole room stank, as a result they were resettled;
- poor ventilation
Overall, the hotel impressed me from a good side, the problem with smoking tourists was solved, I will not lower the rating for this. I recommend it!

Great location, everything within walking distance. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Cleaning is done on request, but towels and robes are not changed. You need to ask separately. The refrigerator does not cool. Overall, everything is excellent in terms of price/quality.
