При бронировании было написано, что бонусом идёт раннее заселение и повышение категории номера. Мы не получили этого и ждали до 14:00, чтобы заселиться. Апгрейд тоже никто не дал.
Комната светлая. На чайнике был длинный чёрный волос. На простыни пятна. А на полотенца х чёрные пятна. В остальном всё хорошо.
Спортзал хороший. На завтрак ещё не ходили.
Продлили проживание ещё на сутки.

During our stay at the hotel, we changed 3 rooms) because we extended our stay and constantly had to change room categories, there were no more places, so this seems to be the third review. The hotel is good in every way, location, gym, breakfasts, but the cleaning is lame on both legs. They clean every day, or rather take out the trash and make the bed, they don't use a vacuum cleaner at all, in order to change the bed linen you need to put a "leaf" on the bed (I'll attach a photo from the last room), the only problem is that in the last room there was none, and it was simply impossible to get the linen changed.
The hotel has been renovated, everything is fresh, except for the beach towels

Tien, Lam 두분 직원이 너무 친절히 대해주셔서 고맙습니다. 특히 Tien은 영어로 잘 대응해주셔서 불편한점 모두 해결됐네요.
호텔 새로 지은지 얼마 안되서 너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 층간 소음 없구요. 조식이 너무 와벽했습니다. 다른 맛집 쌀국수보다 더 추천합니다. 이틀간 조식 메뉴가 바뀌었는데 쌀국수가 너무 좋네요^^
