Panorama Condotel by San Village

We lived on the 26th and 9th floors. On the 26th floor the internet was terrible, the floors were all sandy. On the 9th floor the internet was better, there was also sand everywhere, the furniture on the balcony was full of holes, at night it stank unbearably of smoking and it was very noisy. The service was terrible, there were always a lot of people at the reception, you can wait a long time for the elevator, it stops on each floor because there are a lot of people. The location is good, everything is nearby.

My family got a free upgrade to a room with two queen-size beds, we got a promotion. The room is smaller than on the 23rd floor with a sea view, but more cozy. Very responsive managers who helped us solve any issues that arose. Towels were changed every day, cleaning was also daily. The room has a microwave, kettle, and even a stove. There are no knives and a bottle opener. We decided to extend the room for another 8 nights. We really liked it here!

Great apartment in the very center with a gorgeous view! This is the 4th hotel in Nha Trang where we stayed. We got a good price on trip.com. The photo in the app is true to life. There is everything you need: a kettle, an iron, bath accessories (shampoo, gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, even a razor with shaving balm), robes, slippers (reusable rubber flip-flops), a mini-kitchen with a sink, stove, microwave, hood and refrigerator. But there is no necessary equipment for cooking (no frying pan, no saucepan), there are a couple of plates, mugs, forks and chopsticks. A good plasma TV on the wall. Black out curtains. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, which is very good, because in other hotels where we stayed - it was allowed in some rooms and even on the landings near the elevator, which creates a terrible smell that eats into clothes, hair and the walls of the room. This is not the case here, the room had a pleasant smell of cleanliness. There was no safe in the room. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Good Wi-Fi. Many wrote about problems with the elevator: we did not notice them. Yes, you have to wait a little, especially during rush hour (check-in and check-out time), but it took a couple of minutes. The elevators are high-speed, they deliver quickly, music or some advertising plays inside, it is also useful, you can look at profitable cafes and promotions. It is inconvenient that they gave only 1 electronic key card. If the second person remains in the room, and you leave, then either he is left without a card, and therefore without electricity and most importantly - without air conditioning in such heat, or you will not be able to go back up the elevator to your floor. The elevator without a card goes only to the first floor G. A gorgeous panoramic swimming pool on the roof for an additional fee (200,000 dong for adults, 150,000 dong for children). We had a small balcony, just to go out and stand, admire the city, nature and the sunset, the view was of the mountains, the width of the balcony was 30 centimeters. There is a free swimming pool for hotel guests - on the 6th floor, not bad, but there are no sun loungers at all. Only tables with chairs from the cafe, towels are paid by the pool 30,000 dong, take them from your room. On the same floor there is a large gym and spa. The location of the hotel is ideal: in the very center of the city. The beach is nearby, 5 minutes away, across the road. Beach towels are not provided. On the corner of the hotel is a night market. Around there are plenty of cafes, spas, shops, stalls. When checking in, they take a deposit of 200,000 dong, which is returned upon check-out according to the receipt, if everything is ok in the room. Check-in and check-out are fast, there are 3-4 people working at the counter, who process everything very quickly. They checked us in at 11 p.m. in a couple of minutes, we were the only ones at the counter at that time. Check-out took 5-10 minutes, yes, there was a line, but it moved very quickly. We did not take breakfast, we ate in a cafe across the street in the alley, very tasty and cheap. Overall, the hotel is wonderful. The apartments are decent. When there is another promotion, I think we will come back, but I already want one with a large balcony and a sea view.

The apartment is modern in design, the balcony faces the sea, and the morning sun shines into the room, which is very beautiful. The infinity pool is located in a green area, which is perfect for relaxation. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast.

I liked the hotel "Panorama Condotel by San Village". Very nice room (B3412) deluxe with partial sea view on the 34th floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The room is large, linen and towels are clean, everything is new, fresh, a huge bed with comfortable pillows and a mattress. In the room there is a kettle, microwave, refrigerator (no freezer), mini-kitchen (stove, hood, plates, etc.), slippers, bathrobes, TV, hairdryer, iron (no ironing board), sofa, table, chair, balcony. There is no safe. I give 4 points for the service, since the cleaning is not ideal. The shower had the necessary accessories (gel, shampoo, dental, cosmetic and shaving kits), but there was no soap. The plumbing is new, everything works fine. Daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee. There are many elevators in the hotel, personally I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, either from below or from above. As for check-in, it's probably a matter of luck. On the day of my arrival there were a lot of people and a queue, I had to wait from 11 to 14:00. But on other days, when I extended my stay, at the same time there were only a few people at the reception and free managers. The hotel takes a symbolic deposit of 200,000 dong. I haven't tried the food at the hotel, but the breakfasts are praised. There is a swimming pool with a panoramic view on the upper "deck", but access to it is paid. I consider this hotel one of the best options among high-rise hotels in the central part of Nha Trang for its price. I would be happy to stay there on my next trip!
