I recommend booking Panorama through SanVilla. Very customer-oriented service. All issues were resolved very quickly. We asked to change the room, because we needed a room with a balcony. The next day, they changed the room on the 9th floor, with a large balcony and a partial view of the sea. Although we booked a view of the city. The only downside is that from 21:00 to 00:00 you can hear music from the bar. It may bother someone. Very dirty curtains. They need to be washed. It is easier to leave from the upper floors by elevator, because during rush hour it can be difficult to leave from the 9th floor. The elevators pass by.

Well, how can I tell you, to be honest, the hotel is dirty! Cleaning is a 2, they lifted the bed, I always evaluate the cleaning under the bed and there is centuries-old dust! Accordingly, when guests move out, nothing is lifted or wiped! For 2 days in a row, the light turned off at night and constantly clicked, for some reason they give you one key for the room without which the light does not work while you are not there, therefore, you cannot leave some device to charge and the refrigerator turns off and everything there is lost, for 5 days of stay they did not change the bed linen even once! A separate issue with the elevators, only 8 elevators for the entire huge building and 4 of them broke down and no one even lifted a finger for 2 days to do them! I saw this for the first time! People stood for half an hour and waited for the elevators! And the main and fat minus in the hotel there are no scales! Not in the rooms, not in the Hall, not even in the sports club, and how are people supposed to weigh suitcases? First hotel mine, and I've been to many places where there are no scales☹️

Everything is great, both the location and the conditions. The only minus is the elevator and a bunch of people on the first floor.

Overall, everything is fine, the location is excellent, the room is quite clean and as in the picture, but there are significant disadvantages: 1. The hotel is large, there is constant noise from everywhere and some kind of fuss downstairs. The elevators are often occupied and work strangely. For a short stay, it is ok, for a long one, not so much. 2. We took 3 rooms, in one room, which was on the low 7th floor (the rest are much higher) there were cockroaches and just a lot 3. On the trip it is written that breakfast is included - but in fact it is not, the hotel somehow strangely explained that the rooms have a separate owner and this is a mistake. We contacted the number indicated in the voucher - no answer. But the breakfasts are gorgeous at the hotel, almost like lunch, a lot of variety. 220k if you buy a ticket in advance. At the reception they said that children are paid - but in the end they did not charge them at the buffet itself (10 and 8 years old)
