Great location, in the center, next to the sea, but relatively quiet, as the building is at the end of an alley, where there is a dead end. I really liked the accommodation and the price, extended for another month.

Modest little hotel, good location, beach five minutes away. King Kong supermarket nearby. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The staff is smiling, polite. For your money it's ok.

The main advantage for us is the kitchen where you can cook, it turns out that few hotels allow you to cook. But the dishes are a frying pan and a bunch of different plates, cutlery, but not a single pair. It is not very noisy under the windows, compared to other streets. Cleaning is only on request, but water and towels are brought every day. The bed linen was not changed for a week. A nice recreation area on the roof, but we were unlucky with the weather, it was very windy.

Viela Apartment Nha Trang is a small apartment in the center of Nha Trang, which is suitable for those who are looking for accommodation with a kitchen. The location is great: the Night Market and Tram Huong Tower are nearby. The main disadvantage is the very slow Internet, although YouTube worked without problems. Overall, if you are interested in the ability to cook for yourself and live in the city center, Viela Apartment Nha Trang can be a good choice. I am writing this review for public interest. 1. The elevator suddenly stopped while I was checking out. 2. I called the manager and asked for help because the elevator stopped. 3. I could not contact any of the emergency service numbers posted inside the elevator (the number did not exist). 4. The manager repeatedly turned the elevator power on and off more than 20 times. 5. Every time that happened, all the lights in the elevator went out and the radio stopped working, so I could not call for help. It was truly terrifying. 6. I was trapped for about 50 minutes and screamed for help until my throat burst. 7. After being trapped for 40 minutes, 119 arrived (114 in Vietnam). 8. Even 119 did not solve the problem. My husband tried to force the door open because I have claustrophobia and I am pregnant. 9. The manager refused to let me out because he could not force the door open. 10. My husband yelled at me to open the door quickly, so I ended up forcing the door open and escaping. It was a horrible experience that I never want to experience again. I have claustrophobia and am scared to ride the elevator. The interior of the accommodation was also dirty, unlike the reviews, with water stains in the bathroom and food waste. The owner said he would refund the accommodation fee, but no amount of money can compensate for the mental suffering my husband and I have experienced.
