Отличное местоположение(океанусы) за соотношение цена-качество можно однозначно рекомендовать. Из минусов: остался мусор после прошлых постояльцев- полное мусорное ведро. Плохой слив на балконе,во время стирки ненадолго превращается в бассейн. Огорчает отсутствие микроволновки. В целом грязновато- уборку надо проводить лучше. Плюсы- площадь огромна,напор и горячая вода шикарны,раннее заселение, проблема с чайником решена оперативно. Три кондиционера хорошо работают.вид красивый. . Желаю устранения недочётов и хорошего бизнеса! Спасибо за размещение!

I accepted the apartment and when I checked in I saw a lot of other people's hair. I tried to stay the night on the first day but I saw other people's hair on the bed and went to sleep with my friends.
I asked them to clean up but the cleaning service only made the bed. They don't dust the shelves, don't wash the floors. The sinks are dirty, there are other people's shoes in the apartment. Then I saw ants and asked for an early checkout.
My requests for an early checkout were rejected. When I asked for a refund, there was only one answer: "These are Ctrip's rules."
In the end, I spent a couple of hours in the apartment in the first 2 days (sitting on the couch and wondering how this happened. I didn't use anything, didn't eat anything in the apartment).
I'm glad I have friends nearby, thanks to trip.com for a small compensation in bonuses and support. The apartment is terrible, the manager named Ha is not customer-oriented.
