I booked a 2-night stay with my parents. It was included in the package, so we received free airport pick-up service, and communication with the staff was smooth before arrival, so there was no major difficulty getting to the hotel.
It wasn't fancy, but it was clean because it was newly built, and the room I booked was especially spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable, so there was no inconvenience in staying. The pool is indoors, but you can see outside, so it feels open, and the water is clean. The staff were all friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
One thing that was disappointing was the breakfast, but my parents were satisfied, so I think it varies from person to person. I highly recommend it.

A new hotel - The manager mentioned a July 2024 opening. Essentially a very smooth stay and no issues. The staff were checking often if all was OK and quick and eager to resolve if not. Location was just a block from the beach so very convenient, and a couple of minutes from busy restaurants, clubs, cafes etc so quiet enough but still close enough to the central streets. The breakfast buffet was large and had everything that could be expected with a chef to prepare Pho and egg dishes on demand. Just used the hotel pool once as preferred the beach, however it was large, clean, shaded and cool so would be great to take a dip during the most sunny hours. Photos online were representative of the room.

It's new so it's clean and mostly Chinese, but since it's not been open long, it's probably because the soundproofing is good, so it was quiet except when I was eating breakfast. The staff was friendly and the interior is not as stylish as December next door, but it's comfortable because it's new.
The blankets were fluffy and clean, but the reason I gave it 3 stars was because the mop smelled so bad during the cleaning on the 3rd day, and when I complained, they took care of it right away, so I was satisfied.
I was surprised that the breakfast wasn't buffet-style the first day, and they served the course I wanted, but it didn't suit my taste, so I didn't go the second day, and went the third day, but it was buffet-style again. It was just a so-so breakfast.
The pool was bigger and better than I thought, and since hotels in the city center are noisy, I intentionally chose a place that was about 10 minutes away by foot from the city center, but it was quiet and nice.
