They told us, ok, let's go and took us to a completely different room, half the size of what we asked for. We went down to the reception, they told us: well, you spend the night here, and tomorrow we'll move you to the one you booked. We refused and went to wait for ours.
Elevators. This is simply something from the realm of fantasy, it takes about 7-10 minutes, or even more, to get to the room. They pass by the floor repeatedly, are always full and half do not work.
