Tôi cảm thấy cực kỳ bất tiện khi gia đình tôi đến phải đợi check in và thang máy quá lâu, mỗi lần lấy xe oto ra vào mất 30k tiền phí giữ xe (rất vô lý). Giữ xe qua đêm thì 60k, còn giữ qua 9h sáng là 90k. Tổng tiền giữ xe của gia đình tôi khi ở khách sạn là 120k, và chi phí này hoàn toàn không được thông báo trước. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này!

The 33rd floor is beautiful, the room is not smelly, as many write, it is the humidity and furniture, this can cause the smell. I do not see a big problem here either, as well as the smell. The only thing that did not suit me at all, but the reception always tries to help, in everything, they are added to WhatsApp and all problems can and should be solved through WhatsApp. In general, the abundance of cockroaches is a huge minus, of course it is not pleasant, they poisoned me, at my request, so they started running around the whole room, before that they lived in the microwave (this is a minus, yes! Suddenly there was no hot water, I wrote to them, they came and fixed everything, no problems. Another point, luggage storage is paid 20,000, keep in mind.
