The staff tries to find common ground with foreign guests, but when at 7am cockroaches started running around our room, they didn't offer us anything other than "we can support you", naturally we had to urgently rent a new hotel to stay in, it was scary 😂
We just packed our things and ran away, because the issue wasn't resolved within an hour, and I wasn't going to sit in the room with this monster

Very convenient, they contacted us via WhatsApp, all requests are taken into account (number of beds, location, view). The rooms are not super new and without frills, but quite cozy, and not expensive. I have checked in here more than once. Another plus is quick check-in and check-out, no need to call anyone, etc.
