Нас забыли — нас потеряли на достопримечательности
К сожалению, мы остались разочарованы сервисом в этом отеле. Мы поехали на пагоду — достопримечательность, куда отель по расписанию возит гостей на багги (туктуке). Трижды уточнили на ресепшене и при посадке, что нас заберут обратно в 17:00, — но в назначенное время никто не приехал, про нас забыли. Связавшись с отелем по телефону через приложение бронирования, мы дождались машину лишь спустя 30 минут.
Дополнительный «сюрприз»: персонал утверждает, что по острову ходить пешком нельзя — только на багги. При этом последний рейс от парка аттракционов уходит ровно во время главного вечернего шоу. Если решите досмотреть шоу, рискуете снова остаться без трансфера, пока не предупредите ресепшен несколько раз.
Другие минусы: у моря очень мало лежаков, холодильник в номере был грязный, а любые продукты и напитки (даже простая бутылка воды) платные. Такой сервис не соответствует заявленному уровню. Не рекомендую.

We came to the island specifically for 3 days to visit Vinpearl Park with our child in a calm, leisurely manner. The hotel was perfect for us, we went to the park in the morning and returned in the evening to sleep. In the morning before leaving we went to the sea to swim. But that day there were a lot of jellyfish, so we decided to go to the pool, and it was huge and cool. The sea was crystal clear and calm, the sand was white, just super. Of course, you can see that the hotel is old and tired, but this did not bother us at all. The breakfasts are good, always a large selection, we did not go hungry. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you.
