The hotel surprised me with the way it received guests. Although the staff was not professional at first, the Customer Service Manager was very skillful in handling and supporting us.
The hotel was crowded because there were many convoys due to the large number of rooms. But the 7 elevators were in continuous operation and there was never any waiting or congestion.
The hotel even had a private elevator and breakfast area for individual guests, so that was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes, very flavorful. My room was spacious, clean and especially the sea view was so great 🥰🥰🥰🫶🏻🫶🏻
I will come back next time! Thank you Hung, Customer Service Manager, and all the hotel staff 👏👏👏

The hotel is located a little north of the center of downtown Nha Trang, so you may find it a little inconvenient.

저는 패밀리 커넥팅룸에 묵었어요.조식 3박 내내 먹는 동안 질리지 않게 바뀌었고 직원들이 무엇보다 완전 친절해요. 근처에 4피스 하이디라오 스타벅스 도미노 롯데마트 다 있어서 너무 좋았네요.
호텔 있던 슬리퍼를 잃어버렸는데 친절하게도 괜찮다며 해결 해 주셨어요.
다만, 냉장고가 시원하질 않아요.
