최악의 호텔
1. 리조트 사기주의
실제로 가보면 오션 오아시스 리조트라는 이름은 어디에도 없습니다. 이건명백히 사기 입니다.
( 임대아파트라고 기재 해야됨 )
실제로 가보면 아파트 관리인 몇명만 응대하며, 호텔 예약에 대하여 물어보면 다 모른다고 합니다.
주의하세요
2. 내부 청결도 및 관리 상태
내부 청소가 전혀 안되어 있으며 참을 수 없는 악취로 온 방이 가득함 어린아들과 와이프에게 잠시라도 그 공간안에 있는것이 불쾌하였음 - 이부분에 대하여 trip 을통하여 수차례 연락하였지만 모두 거부 당함
바닥에 작은 벌래들도 꽤많이 보인다
3.시설
샤시 실리콘 마감이 그냥 아이들이 장난친것처럼 되어있느며, 침대는 쿠션이 전혀 없으며, 몇년째 세탁하지않은 듯한 느낌의 이불과 침대이다.
화장실에는 곰팡이가 가득하고 냉장고와ㅜ세탁기도 이미 내부에 먼지가 가득하다..
4. 총평
기분좋게 베트남에 놀러가서 나에게 이런일이 발생할지 꿈에도 상상 하지못했다.
여러분들도 반드시 이 리뷰를 확인하여 결정하는데 신중하였으면 합니다.
( 관리인이 상주 하지 않기 때문에 내부시설에 대한 내용도 전혀 이용할 수가 없다 )
결국 문제호텔을 이용하지 않고
시내에 있는 호텔을 즉시 예약하고 여행을 이어갔지만
호텔 및 trip에서는 어떠한 대응도 하지않는다.
● Trip 어플에 관리자, 대응에 대한 실망감
- 지속적으로 해당 문제에 대하여 수차례 상담요청을 하였는데 대응이 없었다. 이런 사기같은 매물이 올라오는데 전혀 관리를 하지않은 느낌이다.
이번여행에 모든 수단을 Trip을 통해 했지만, 이호텔에 대해서만 문제가 발생하였다.
앞으로 계속 trip을 믿고 사용해도 될지 의문이다.

Great location lots of restaurants around! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, excellent working air conditions in every room! Good size fridge, stove top, washing machine, x2 en-suite! Plenty of lifts to upper floors’ opposite the beautiful beach! Around 4km from main Nha Trang centre! Only down side was the showers which went straight onto the floors you had your toilets! No shower screens! Netflix and other streaming services if you log in great size TV! Over all as great place to have a week in Nha Trang! You do have to pay minimum price for parking of a motorcycle under the building!

Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading advertisement. I’ll never ever book this place again.
