Africa Safari was very disappointing, but let's start with the tent. The floor of the tent is made of plastic and rests directly on the ground: it is not, like in many other places, installed on a wooden base. In this way at night it is cold and very humid. Furthermore, as a structure it leaves a lot to be desired. The cleanliness is very poor. Even the bathroom area is ugly and the water in the shower is cold. The dining room follows the same style as the tents: plastic floor, always dirty and even more so after the rain, because it is not cleaned. The table setting is lacking: usually napkins and cutlery are missing, which one has to go and look for at the nearby tables (if there are any). The food is not very good, the buffet is not clean (I found unclean plates and cups). In addition we saw mice that passed under the table. All this is shameful, if you think that here we paid more than $ 400 a day! Nothing to do with the lodges or tents we have stayed in before: much nicer and less expensive! Absolutely terrible value for money! Please don't go there! If your tour operator suggests this field, don't accept it!
