It was absolutely breathtaking. Our accommodations were luxurious. The staff was amazing. The gardeners really seemed to take pride in their work. As I was walking past, this young man asked me to let him show me all the vegetables/herbs they were growing. The food was good, something for everyone. It was a long drive to get there, but worth it.

Our family stayed for one night at the Retreat at Ngorongoro. We wish we had stayed longer. The retreat is located in a beautiful setting in the hills, with lush grounds and many walking trails. Lots of birdlife and a big variety of plants including many types of fruit trees. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dining was excellent with many options from local, Western, and Indian cuisine. Special thanks to George for his very informative garden tour!

The stay was a wonderful experience! The rooms are big, tidy and beautiful, the food is delicious and comes fresh from the garden, the gym is great, the gardens are lovely, the atmosphere is nice and the staff are exeptionally friendly. I would love to come back!

A paradise!Staff feel like family!The environment is a paradise,the food is so fresh!I ate fresh garden produce!The grass and the lake just unreal, the swimming pool so clean,but it could use a heater!My kids want to go back,please stock swimming gears we can buy! The cottage felt extremely comfortable and clean! Simply EXCELLENT! Will visit again for a longer stay! Just wow 🤩

Our stay at The Retreat at Ngorongoro was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views, the serene atmosphere, and the warm hospitality. The accommodation was impeccable—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect.
