酒店設施完善，房間風景很好，可以看星空和日出，俯瞰整個火山口。酒店有年頭了，淋浴間不穿拖鞋的話有點滑。睡了一晚身上有兩三處很癢的包，不確定是床上有小蟲還是在外面被什麼蟲子咬了。餐品口味還不錯，但如果選擇打包的午餐盒就不要有太高期待了。

The beautiful Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, nestled into the top edge of the Ngorongoro Crater felt decadent after 5 nights of tent camping throughout Tanzania. Each room at the lodge shared stunning views of the expansive crater, allowing views of wildlife from the comfort of our private deck, or from the large, lovely lounge. We were delighted by the after-dinner "turn-down" service, as it included the placement of hot-water bottles at the foot of the bed. (Such a warm treat, causing me to purchase hot-water bottles for my bed at home). Nightly entertainment in the lounge included local talents such as acrobats and Maasai tribal dancers. Such a treat. Amazing assortment of tasty selections at each meal accommodate a wide array of dietary considerations. Laundry service handled quickly and efficiently.

Lodge liegt perfekt für einen Besuch im Ngorongoro Krater. Leider ist sie aber auch ziemlich groß und voll, damit laut und wuselig. Essen war ok, wir haben sber in anderen Lodges besser gegessen. Für zwei Nächte Nächte war es ok. Wenn möglich würde ich das nächste Mal eine kleinere Unterkunft auf dem Kraterrand wählen.

This lodge is located on the top of the Ngorongoro crater, offering a fantastic view of the cratera below. All rooms do have a terrace facing the cratera down below. Breakfast menu and dinner are excellent quality and diversified. At dinner there was a presentation made by a Maaori group singing and dancing, when some guests also join in. Room is comfortable and so is it’s bathroom

WOW! The view from my room was to the Ngorongoro Crater and was amazing. Our rooms were very clean. Water for brushing teeth and drinking was provided along with amenities! We only got to stay one night. Very fine rooms, Excellent food. I wish we could have spent more than one night.

The trouble with this lodge is that it is so far removed from the African landscape that when in your room, you could be anywhere. The lodge sits high above the crater so you can't see any wildlife from your room, and there is none on the grounds. The dining area is fairly generic with "African" decorations. The Maasai group that comes in to dance and sell their wares seems like a sideshow; if you really want to see the Maasai, visit one of their villages. The room is comfortable with many plugs to recharge your electronics. The staff is prefunctory and the hustle and bustle of the lobby feels more like an urban setting. On the whole, I'd rather have stayed in a tent camp to be closer to what I'd come to see.

Stay here for the view! The view is incredible. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable but modest. And, given the layout of the hotel, they can be quite a trek to get too from the main lobby. The staff are attentive. The restaurant is good but the guests make it less pleasant than some of the smaller properties. In short, one night's stay for only the view is perfect.
