They're so attentive, they even learn your name and tell you yours every time you go to breakfast. They're very friendly and dedicated to service, the food is delicious, the facilities are clean and very nice, the spa, and the room were huge and super well-appointed. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

The hotel covers a large area, and the activities and related services are very good. The slightly unsatisfactory point is that our room is on the first floor, it is too humid, and the quilt is wet and cold. The two girls even wanted to turn on the air conditioner to heat at 32 degrees. Later, I remembered that the air conditioner in Indonesia does not have a heating function. We called the hotel front desk to change the quilt or add a quilt. The hotel did not have it, but provided us with two blankets, which solved our problem.
Although the hotel has a small single swimming pool, there are many swimming pools, which is good, otherwise it would be crowded for all the people in the hotel to play in the water together.
