Waha Resort is a rustic unique cabin just 16 miles south of Lewiston Idaho. Overlooking the deepest gorge in North America. Whether you're here for fishing, hunting, football games,NAIA, or just getting away from it all, Waha Resort is the place to be! Amazing sunsets 360views and a blanket of stars above. Pool is NOT heated and is open JUNE 1-October 1st or as weather permits.
Summer its HOT. Sorry NO A/C available. Cooling tips and fans are provided.

Up until this stay, I didn’t know the Craig Mountains existed. What a treat! This is a gorgeous private spot nestled in the pines just a short drive from Lewiston. Le-Ora is your host, and she is just as friendly and helpful as can be. Her cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need. This cabin is rustic (I can only imagine the stories if the walls could talk), yet definitely modern enough to be very homey and inviting. The bed was super comfy, and the fact that there was no AC was not a deterrent whatsoever. The outdoor area was amazing and the views well beyond expectations. You can see for miles, and we encountered one of the more beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. This place is peaceful and re-energizing. What a great place to reconnect with people in your life. The pool was sparkling clean and a pleasant temp. Really, once you get here, there’s no need leave! Only regret is we didn’t bring binoculars. Thank you Le-Ora for sharing your beautiful home!!

Hidden treasure in Idaho
This clean, cozy, comfortable cabin and outside living area with pool and hot tub was the perfect setting for the best vacation our family has ever had. Le-ora is a kind, thoughtful, and responsive hostess who proactively checked in to see if we needed anything. The views of the mountains beyond Lewiston and the stars at night are SPECTACULAR. The peace of this place is remarkable, you hear breeze through the trees, birds, or nothing at all. We took day trips for ziplining, jet boating on the Snake River, and golfing. Our time at the cabin was every bit as special as the outings. This is an area that most people will overlook because they just don't know about it but if you seek a place to recharge, reconnect, and recreate, Waha Resort gets our highest recommendation.

This is such an amazing place! A hidden gem, it is secluded with breathtaking views. The host was very friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. 12/10 recommend this place!
