It's OK, but the downside is that I can only stay for one day. They didn't let me stay, saying that they only accept travelers between 18 and 40 years old.

Beautifully located. I was a little scared of the people (users here) who were hanging out in front of the entrance and making loud noises.

1.the pool is very small and dirty,not as beautiful as the picture.nobody clean it and nobody dare to swim of course.
2.it will ask you to pay 20$ as deposit,the only hostel in Sydney demanding deposit.if you pay the deposit,make sure you get the receipt.other wise,like me,they say you didn't pay the deposit and get no money back when you check out.
3.there is a high risk if you use credit card there.two days after I left the hostel,some one is trying to swipe my card several times.The hostel is the only place I have left my card information.
4.don't trust any word the staff or manager told you.they will not keep promise.keep you money safely.
5.by the way,all the staff speak bad English and good Spanish.
6.overall,it's cheap but unsafe.

Rude staff, dirty. There were hairs on the window of the shower in the ensuite room (who knows from when, as we were 3 people in the room, no-one with that color or length). The staff was super unfriendly, and for what I've seen in other reviews it's been like that for a while as well. Won't come back.

The place is dirty and a complete mess no ventilation in rooms. We stayed in room 8. The bed was covered in dirt the floor was coved in dirt. There was. Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. They put zero effort in to cleaning the room b4 we arrived. The beds are thin as hardly slept the last 2 days because of the springs popping through the mattress they say on the websites that they do free Breakfast which hasn't been the case in a few months. They expect you to pay for towles Cups plates ect. The staff are horrible and the TV's in the rooms don't work. We just decided to leave and stay at the town hall hostel just 5min down the road for a extra $10 a night which is so much better. Then here. I would never recommend staying here even if it's just a place to sleep of a night. You'd have a better sleep on aa bench in a park then that dump
