We stayed at this location on the past and our rooms were not in stayable condition. My brother and his family has reserved a suite with a pull out bed for their two children and the bed was tied shut with a bungee cord and a note that said it was unusable. How kids had to sleep on the floor because there was no other rooms available. Our room that time has what appeared to be ketchup or syrup spilled on the carpet, a very large area l, and it was not cleaned up. I stepped in it with bare feet not realizing it was there. We made a complaint to the manager and she refused to do anything about it. It took several emails and phone calls to get through to them. This time we showed up and got into our room and there was food crumbs all over the carpet and I thought well I'm not going to complain about that I'll just deal with it. Went to use the toilet and the handle was snapped off so the toilet would not flush. I went to the front desk and talked to the front desk clerk and she came to our room and took the lid off the tank and the handle that controls the chain was clean snapped off. I asked about being moved to a different room but they were full so we just ****** it up and left our room to use the facilities by the front desk. When we got up the next morning to take my niece and nephew to the pool, the hot tub was out of order. Nobody bothered telling us that and that was one of the amenities we wanted to use when we booked the hotel. When we were checking out I very politely asked the front desk clerk about getting a discount on the room because of the toilet and she went and talked to the owner who was sitting at his desk just off of the front desk counter and he she came back and said he would call me next week about the toilet. TERRIBLE customer service. You are the owner and you are literally sitting right there and refuse to come out and talk to your guest who pays to stay at your hotel. Went to get coffee and noticed that all of their half and half was expired in March of 2023 and all of the coffee canisters were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned or wiped down in some time. I watched several people try to get coffee as well and there was none available. I would suggest not staying at this hotel as they clearly only care about making money and not making sure that their facilities are kept up. I will be contacting Wyndham as a platinum guest and making them aware of the conditions of this hotel and the lack of respect and customer service by the owner.
