Very dirty and smelly hotel. Only thing good is front desk staff. I booked 5 rooms. Three of them were changed because of bad smell.

The desk clerk spent more time outside smoking than he did at the desk. The room wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival, asked to get it cleaned on day three of 5 and it was not even touched by day 6 at checkout. Had to ask for towels, the breakfast had nothing hot except for toast. Cereal and yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, no meat, no biscuits, nothing, absolutely not a Continental breakfast

Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The toilet seat was off the toilet and on the floor under the open sink area. No toilet paper holder but at least paper left on the counter. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept moving off the bed during the night. Shower/bath tub floor was dirty. Light bulbs missing from light. The breakfast had juices and coffee, some options for cereal but refrigerator holding yogurt was warmer with water on top of all (8) yogurt containers. Worst sleepover experience I have had in long time. Positives- toilet was able to flush, running water, some lights worked and the a/c worked.

My stay was great. 💋💋Daryus was wonderful. He got me a good room I appreciate him. Betty, was outstanding and surely the manager was also exceptional. And the rest of the staff I had a good stay no issues, except for the Wi-Fi other than that I was good

We checked in and the front desk staff is overly friendly however, the computer systems apparently do not function well, and there was confusion finding the reservation. The room was recently cleaned however, it had stained furniture, broken furniture, no shower curtain, a disgusting tub, the door had trouble locking, And the windows were filthy The breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing, there was one pot of coffee made, and it was not refilled. The buffet consisted of toast, waffles yogurt. With a little bit of a refresh, this property could be a much nicer place. I just think it has gone neglected for a little too long.

Don’t ever go here!! Room was filthy!! I ended up having to go to a different Hotel!! Floors looked liked that haven’t been swept in days!! Mold was definitely in the room and looked like it was painted over! Drove all the way from Georgia for this!! Pictures are definitely misleading!!
