Private equity firm, Eagle Four Partners, has come destroyed what made this place great. Don’t both anymore. It’s too late. Hotel director, Cindy, is powerless. Cuts to staff and wages are painfully obvious. Here’s all you need to know. An employee accidentally kicked over my elderly father’s cane, knew it, then opted not to pick it up until I confronted him.

The Balboa Bay Club is our home away from home! We live in LA but come to stay here to get away from the craziness in LA. We love the vibe. Always have a room with a Bay View. The service, the food , the bars are amazing! We enjoyed the Tequila Dogs concert which was a highlight to our stay! Will keep coming back til we move here!
