Travelodge Newport Central

I stayed at Travelodge Newport Central for 1 night only. I was meeting a friend in Newport and booking this hotel made it easier for me than getting late trains. This hotel is very central very close to train station. The room was clean, small but adequately supplied with tea, kettle,a fan and extra pillows. Only staff member I met were Yassine reception and 2 maintenance staff working on my room when I arrived, both pleasant and polite. Checkout is a self checkout this didn't encounter any staff. I slept well, heard no noise at all I would stay here again in the future

Comfortable overnight stay in the Travelodge Newport Central - convenient for the city centre and the train station.

Staff very polite and accommodating and always went the extra mile, room was spotless and inviting . I would highly recommend to anyone that’s needs a hotel,situated in the centre of the city right by the train station,and has plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk away.

Unsafe and illegal activity going on around the main entrance . There was suspicious activity going on all night that kept us awake .

Great location for station to travel by train Into Cardiff for oasis concert. Very run down area and smallest carpark ever, room was clean, could definitely have storage and space for clothing, as we had a hanging space with 4 coat hangers only.

I had a really good stay in this hotel, the room was clean and staff were really helpful when asking for places to go and visit especially Sharon who recommended some really nice food establishments to cater me and my family to enjoy and to cater for all.
