The room was ok, but some of the area was not really clean. Breakfast included with traditional English breakfast. Overall was alright.

Lily and Doreen are amazing. Great service! We came in tired and needed a coffee and the coffee machine was switched off, but they went well on the call of duty getting everything up and running for us. Or with a friendly smile and cheerful demeanour

I stay regularly and find the hotel conveniently placed for my work and leisure. The rooms are comfortable and fulfil my needs. (one slight annoyance I encounter quite regularly is that the soap dispenser at the bath/shower does not work).

I have been coming every week for the last few months. It is always clean, staff are very friendly and always helpful. Has all the basic you need. Dinner is good, breakfast is always on time and a reasonable selection, if booked in time, very good value for money. Special thanks to Chrissy who is always smiling and friendly.

Very clean and quiet hotel in the back streets of Newport Town Centre. Chrissy at reception was very friendly, welcoming & accommodating as I had delayed check-in due to travel disruption onto the island. My room was clean, tidy and no complaints whatsoever. Thank you very much 😊

Stayed here with the family clean comfortable rooms, we're friendly staff, especially a lady called Chrissy and Tim the assistant manager, many thanks to everyone for all their support due to unfortunate circumstances can recommend, also will allow dogs and cat ours were made to feel very welcome

Thank you for the wonderful service and assistance from Chrissy and the other team members… As always, you all go the extra mile and I’m extremely grateful… Lovely clean room and room service… Just wish that the council didn’t arrange collect of the recycling at 5am each morning!! Chrissy is very helpful and accommodating, always going the extra mile. Great service. The rooms are okay and what you expect. But the sevice at the front desk and restaurant are definitely what makes this one of the best travelodge I've stayed in.
