I came here for my birthday and stayed at jazzuici suite decided stay for 2 nights with my hubby and no issues 1st night the lady who checked us in upgrades my room to jazzuici suite, well next morning went get breakfast eggs were watery all breakfast was ice cold, the orange juice didn't taste right, me and my husband wre disappointed, close too 2pm I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping items tolietpaper, towels, the lady who answered said cart outside u have go get it yourself, then I walked out of my room asking lady who was vacuuming she told me she wasn't housekeeping person and then I said can I speak to your manager she told me she was at front desk, I went up there not knowing person I spoke too on the phone was manager and says she never told me that on the phone and had horrible attuide with me, so I walked off said im not doing thid went get my things from housekeeping and she comes over said im so sick up ppl complaining I kick out anyone who gives me attuide she tell me then hands me my housekeeping things, and said did u put ur towels out I said No, housekeeping never showed up, she said too my face Your not a priority I have 64 other rooms and your not priority. I was mortified and upset she threatened kick me out and told me as guest who staying in most expensive room jazzuici suite she kick me out. Me and my huband went to movies and never once did housekeeping ever come to our room not even clean the bedding. I will never come back visit this hotel. I feel like because color of my skin I was treated horribly,there racists at this hotel. Worst experience ever. I didn't even want stay rest of the night for 2nd night and they had my $75 dollar for incidental deposit so I had stay till next morning. Owner of the hotel if u see this review I called hotel and sent email contact me. You need to know how that manager treats her guests!

Do not stay here! Room was in disgusting poor condition. Particularly the bathroom-no vent fan, door would not even shut due to warping. It would not close by a bout 18 inches. Exposed plumbing pipes & holes. Areas of peeling paint...and more.

Do not stay here! Shady credit card practices. So many better options in the area. My husband travels for work and this was his first time staying here. He was charged 175.00 for a smoking fee and he didn’t smoke and is not a smoker. Also the 75.00 incidental fee did not drop off the credit card as is customary with hotels. We have disputed these charges with our credit card company. Numerous calls to the hotel left this unresolved. No way to talk to manager and the person answering phone says they can’t help. Called choice hotels customer service and they also can’t help.
