Great apartment
Arrived at the property, rang the number and someone came within 10 minutes to check us in, apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we needed, very pleased with it

A very comfortable and cosy flat, the house is well kept and orderly. The flat features a modern kitchen, that is fully equipped and separated from the living room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which allowed an uncomplicated check-in in the later afternoon. Just two minutes away is a bus stop with frequent services to the city centre.

Let me preface this with I am an older gentleman and sometimes need help with things. The management were very prompt and assisted me in opening the lockbox and accessing the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all I needed for an independent stay. I stayed in the studio apartment. It had three rooms, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and accommodating my height. The location was perfect for me to visit my daughter in the same area. There was a supermarket near by. The internet was simple to log on to.

Fab little apartment. Really clean and ideal for a 3 night stay while my daughter was having surgery in the RVI - ideal location too.

This is honestly one of the best places I've stayed with my friends the guy that checked us In was lovely and very paitent.
We then when up to our apartment and we're blown away by it as soon as we walked in it was so clean decorated very modern with the latest technology and was nice to all be together than staying in a hotel in separate rooms if j ever visit Newcastle again I will definitely be booking here!
