Love the hotel. Not crowded at all. Very relaxing. Great family activities each day organized by the staff. Excellent gym. Very friendly staff. The restaurants had excellent food and the adult pool was very nice. 5 star resort with an amazing view of Nevis. No seaweed (sargassum) which was much better than most of the other resorts that I could see along the island.

We had a great week at the park Hyatt with our family of 4. So many staff went out of their way to make it great - michael at the front desk, Jeff in the garden and Tyrese at the pool. Week after the Fourth of July was completely empty. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. Never had to worry about good pool chairs or towels. Highlights Kids club Super friendly staff Pool area Large suite right next to the pool What’s app texting service for help Kids 5 and under eat free Off site : reggae beach lobster fest Could be improved but overall didn’t impact us terribly: Housekeeping didn’t wipe tables or do some of the “fancier” things we have experience at other resorts like laying out toiletries on towels all organized Food at the Caribbean buffet was just ok and very expensive Food overall on resort was fine but not amazing. We ended up eating out most nights with better food and lower costs Tell families right away the beach activities hut has tons of pool and beach toys to borrow Clarify if all the additives to each bill necessitates tipping more or not Light music around pool area could be nice

What a celebration for my wife's birthday.Tiffany the concierge made all of my arrangements without fault. Excellent service in all areas...front desk, restaurants,pool, guest services everywhere. The food was of the highest quality again all times...breakfast, pool menu,lunch and of course dinner. They totally spoiled my wife with a birthday memory of a life time. Thank you Park Hyatt...as the saying goes...we will be back!!

Staff are very friendly but the all inclusive experience we paid for was just not worth it. The flyer they provide states that there is a 12% service charge on all items but when you arrive it is actually 18% plus 13% tax. Even though the 18% service charge goes to all the employees, the staff make it clear that it isn't a "tip" so you feel uncomfortable and pressured to put extra on there even though it is all inclusive. The beach was nice but service was hit or miss. It is also very rocky in the water so bring water shoes. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The food was good but the menus don't change at all so if you stayed a week, you will tire quickly of the food options. The breakfast was literally the same thing every morning for the whole week. The hotel tried to charge my family $700 USD for a 6 minute ferry ride to Nevis. Don't use the hotel ferry as it is a total rip off. Just walk to the other dock and take the non hotel ferry for a fraction of the price. Same with booking an airport transfer. I was quoted $70 for airport transfer but then after the fact they said that because they sent two vans for 14 people (one just to hold the luggage) I was now obligated to pay another $70 for that. Book a local company for airport and save yourself hundreds of dollars. They just turn around and convert the USD to their local currency that is literally a 2.7 rate conversion. That information needs to be made clear before we book things. The spa is awesome but there is no jacuzzi. I would have expected a hot tub at a 5 star resort but there isn't one on property. The services are also ridiculously over priced. My 80 minute hot stone massage was priced at $265 and with service charges and tax, it ended up being close to $400. It started 10 minutes late and no effort was made to make up the time so it was more like a 70 minute massage. My mini bar was supposed to be stocked each day per the fine print in the all inclusive agreement but that never happened. I had to call several times for this. I also had 4 people in my room and was consistently only given 3 bath towels each day. I had to call multiple times for this. When you are paying $900 a night to stay here, I don't want to beg for bath towels. We booked a photographer to take professional family pictures through the hotel. We had 6 small kids and 8 adults ready to go on time and the photographer never showed up. While we did get a very nice apology, it really is a poor reflection of the hotel to recommend a company that doesn't show up. For the first three nights there was an awful loud sound coming from upstairs. It ended up being the pool pump. We called and complained multiple times and then finally said either turn off the pump or find us a new room so we could get sleep. These types of things we just shouldn't have to deal with on vacation. While everyone was really nice and quick to work with us, we won't be returning as we feel that for what we paid, we should have received better

If you like being ripped off and mis-sold then this is the hotel for you. We booked a beachside suite, expecting “unrestricted views” of the ocean and access to the beach from our room. Instead we were set back from the ocean, with a partial sea view. Complained and were told we did have beach access (meaning we could walk out of our building, around the path and down to the beach!! By that rationale, every room has beach access and this should not be sold at a premium). Drinks and food are ok, but eye watering expensive. More so when you add 18% service, 13% tax and then an additional 15-20% tip onto every bill! Staff are mixed, some great, many act as if you are an inconvenience at best. If you’re drawn by the amenities, then be aware most of these come with additional charges, $100 to use their pickleball courts as an example.
