It is in the nice and quiet neighborhood. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. I visited the place when it was being renovated. There was a lot of construction noise in the morning and the lady apologised for that. I am looking forward to visiting the place when the renovations are done.

I had a wonderful overall experience and particularly enjoyed the quietness and safety from the guesthouse; they truly added to the relaxing ambiance. One minor issue I encountered was that my room did not have a refrigerator, and it was summer and needed cold drinks on hand. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Luxury Heights Guesthouse and despite the small setback with the refrigerator. The exceptional service and beautiful surroundings more than made up my serene stay.

Warm and friendly vibes both from Mbali and Cherise, the venue was clean and the pool as well and is located in a very quite and peaceful area.

Friendly and competent staff. Very quiet to get a good night's rest. Super clean and smells fresh and clean. Close to everything. We would most certainly stay here again. We would recommend anytime. Excellent service.

The room was tidy and comfortable. I am impressed that they even had a light with battery for loadshedding. Reception was friendly and helpful. There was safe parking available with roof overhead and even an alarm in the room in case of emergency. Good place to stay.

Luxury Heights Guesthouse is a great place with very awesome service. Staff is really top. Breakfast was great aswell. The only issues I experienced: WiFi in my room was really bad, I had to go close to the door to be able to use the WiFi as it was non existent in the middle of the room. Hot water was On and Off. I had to switch off the tap and start all over again to be able to get hot water again.
