The first stop from Sydney to Brisbane, a very good hotel apartment. The front desk reminded that parking is free on the roadside from 5pm to 9am the next day. The facilities are complete, the sound insulation is very good, the air conditioning at the entrance and the music are all ready. Satisfied

We will continue to be back! Regular travellers to Newcastle, Terminus has become our place of choice to stay. The location is great. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are all a good size, well presented and have the bonus of car parking onsite. We park up and just walk everywhere. I appreciate good customer service. The staff here are so welcoming and promptly answer any questions and even have great advice when wanting to try a new coffee shop. They greet you with a smile, remember your name and genuinely want to ensure you enjoy your stay.

We needed accommodation for 11 family members to attend a wedding nearby. We booked three apartments, including two 2 bedroom Harbourview apartments. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the parking was easy, the apartments were very good value for money, clean and roomy. The views were stunning from the harbour views. A very handy location in the city's East end. Close to all amenities. An overall positive stay for everyone involved. Would be happy to stay there again.

Great place to stay very clean and staff are very helpful check in was very easy The hotel is very central to the beaches and Queens wharf also a lot of pubs and eateries very close. The beaches are within walking distance and the walk from the hotel to the beach is absolutely beautiful

The location is excellent. Public transport links are great with trams and buses nearby. Short walk to the harbourside (100 metres) and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was good size with seperate bedroom , bathroom and a large air conditioned lounge with a settee, tv & dining table. It was very comfortable and the small well equipped kitchen was ideal for our needs. Our room had a view over the old train station ( now home to a number of small shops) to the harbour and Customs House. The washing machine and tumble dryer included in the apartment came in very handy during our stay. We didnt need parking but there is an underground secure car park at an additional daily cost. The staff are brilliant here. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. A welcome note and small bag of treats already in our apartment was a nice touch. Always asking how guests are doing and happy to have a friendly chat. They went out of their way to help us with all manner of useful information and kindly looked after our belongings while we were away for a few days before returning to the apartment. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great stay at Terminus apartment
Enjoyed a lovely 2 bedroom harbour view suite with kitchen and lounge area , 2 bathrooms. Very convenient location . Small issue with only 2 hangers for whole flat in wardrobes was resolved later by the pleasant and friendly reception staff bringing me a dozen extras . Also we could not use Netflix for the first night , but this was fixed by the second . Lovely harbour views and relaxing watching the cargo ships being guided by tugs into the harbour. We also saw the Newcastle marathon from our balcony on Sunday . Nice touch having Easter egg hunt and lollie bags for the children over the weekend . Convenient parking . Would definitely stay here again.
