This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value.

Failed to return my laptop charger
I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it.
I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not.
Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff.

Overnight stay
Booked for 1 night prior to an onsite overnight stay. Asked if I could stay in the room I was in rather than move to the one for the next night. Absolutely no problems in facilitating this, stayed loads of times before all excellent

We booked last minute as where picking car up in Leamington Spa, we arrived after 6pm and was dark, only thing to improve would be lighting on signage, reception booked in by lovely lady, explained everything, we were room 25 in The Quad old building, parking close, immaculate clean, lovely bed, firm mattress which we like, big bathroom and warm. Big tv. Breakfast was excellent choice, only drawback was we had full English which taste was nice but bacon and fried egg was a little over done or maybe left under heat for a little too long. Couldn’t fault staff, all great, we had few drinks in bar on evening we arrived, good choice, beautifully decorated ultra modern but still comfy feel. Definitely recommend

Ashorne Hill is primarily a Business Conference Centre that occasionally has rooms available for private visitors in the periods when they don't have a high number of rooms taken up by delegates to confrences or traing courses.
It has good restaurant facilities. Rooms are small-ish but entirely adequate and comfortable. The Hall's setting is delightful and peaceful

Fantastic stay. Lovely clean and spacious room. Nicely decorated. We were in Stratford block which was very modern. The gardens are beautiful, and nice to stroll around. The bar area was lovely, really pretty. Breakfast was good , the cooked breakfast not as hot as it could be but that’s usual for a breakfast buffet! There was a good selection of food. Would definitely recommend, well worth the money!
