Tonight the hotel was hosting a kids baseball team, ages 8-9 and the kids were wild, running up and down the stairs and across each floor you could hear them thumping around until well after 10pm, since we came in at 9pm. The parents filled the eating area and were talking loud and allowing their other younger children to run a muck in that area. All while the young employee just sat there and watched never saying anything. If I could post a video of the chaos I would! Our daughter played premier soccer since she was 8 and we never as a team acted in the manner these parents behaved and allowed their kids to behave. It’s after 10pm, put your kids to bed people!! I wear ear plugs to bed and I can still hear them clear as day. All that to be woken up at 6:22am ugh. So frustrating. Someone was running down the hallway and the pounding of their feet woke me up. People have no consideration for others when they stay at hotels. Just plain rude. This hotel has definitely taken a turn for the worse. The rooms have been smelling bad since August when we first checked our daughter into college. And last year they were fixing a leak from the ceiling for months on end whenever we’d come for one of our daughter’s soccer games. This place has turned into a dive. Not to mention the walls are thin and you can hear everything. I’d recommend staying in Dundee or Sherwood cuz otherwise you get what you pay for here.

Clean hotel, check in was fine. However an employee stole iPhone I left in my room went back to look for it they didn’t have it at front desk, then according to find my iPhone it stayed at the hotel for two days before going to someone’s house on James st in Newburg. Don’t recommend the hotel due to the sketchy employees.

I was skeptical looking at the building from outside, but all changed when I entered the room. The room is of nice size, very clean, smelled well-cleaned, modern and updated/upgraded functionality. Although, walls and door not sound proof. Refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker are working fine. Single unit AC working fine just slightly loud. Sleep: very comfortable bed/mattress Breakfast: ok hot items such as scrambled eggs and sausages, in addition to biscuits and gravy. No fruits, no yogurt and no hard boiled eggs. Poor quality coffee. So, in general, very limited options but sufficient for a quick simple bite on the go. Morning staff are very friendly and the manager allowed us to stay longer and checked us out at 12 instead 11am. Value: may be overpriced due to lack of other better options in the area. Rating: 4 out of 5

Great stay. Staff very nice and accommodating especially Jayden. Room clean, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Hotel located close to several restaurants and shops. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was great. Very clean. The biggest problem is the front desk staff. Every time we walked through the door, no one was around. No one at the desk. They were either in the back office or someplace else. Also, if you rent a room make sure you are on the top floor. The ceilings are paper thin and the front desk loves to put families on the upper floors. Out of five nights, three families were put above us. Two of the three had small children who spent most of the night jumping off furniture, up and down, and running back and forth until all hours of the night. Other than the staff knocking on the door to say people were complaining, nothing was done. Just make sure you get the upper floor at this place and you don't need front desk help.

I loved the lobby and room decor. Very inviting and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good and several items to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants snd the downtown area.

I canceled the reservation on 01-May-2023 for a trip on 11-July-2023, the hotel still charged me immediately in the same day. It is ridiculous. I have to speand time to dispute the charge. FYI: The "Cancellation Policy: Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on Tuesday, 4 July, 2023 will result in no charge"

We were greeted and well taken care of by Jake in Newburg, Oregon. He was polite and very professional. Our room was clean, airy and comfortable. We had a good breakfast before getting on the road.

Very clean, nice surprise. friendly and efficient staff, only issues were a wonky TV and a running toilet. small stuff. overall a pleasant surprise.
