The hotel seemed to be trying to get away with the least possible for a Staybridge. The room seemed a bit worn. The breakfast had a poor selection of not great quality. The staff seemed indifferent. It wasn't horrible but just seemed to be trying to get away with the least possible

Room was very comfortable. Although the heat was cranked when we arrived. Right off of I-95 which is nice. Breakfast is a joke. Tiny area to sit. We were told “once stuff is gone, we don’t replace” Never had a hotel tell me that before. I will pick a better value IHG property next time.

Breakfast area has a lot of fly gnats around the juice/soda machine. I had to through my yogurt out because one flew in while eating. Also, they basically have the same menu every morning. Reallyy 🤢🤢🤢🤢

We like to stay in a motel with a kitchen due to my daughter's dietary requirements. Several things made room 218 unpleasant: Noise from pool area at night and the fact that there were no blackout curtains BUT the deal breaker came when I got up in the middle of the night to get water from the kitchen and saw the sink swarming with roaches! We checked out and complained and were told to speak to the manager. I phoned the manager Shawn some days later and was given a discount for our trouble. I was told that roaches come with guests and that he had called an exterminator. He faulted me for not calling the front desk immediately. (As if that would have made a difference in the middle of the night with my daughter asleep.)

Large room with good amenities. Breakfast was good and the items were well marked. We were disappointed that our plans conflicted with the happy hour get together, because that sounded lovely. Lots of convenient parking.

I paid over 200 for a suite. We were greeted with a bathroom door that does not close, a bedroom door that does not close, 2 towels for 2 people, a tub that looked like someone had a war in it. For that amount of money in a non resort area, I was expecting a bit more. At least give us more towels??? This is a new place and it looks like a bunch of people were here that trashed the place then left in a hurry. Not great, could have stayed at our regular place and had a better experience. A shower curtain that is so tilted that it is impossible to get it to stay closed???

I purchased our room on the IHG app. arrived 2 hours later-checked in-and our room was not what I had booked. The front desk gentleman and I went over the booking for a few minutes as their were 2 confirmation codes. We were both super confused-in the end-he helped our family out-we are great full for his patience & kindness!! Overall food & room were nice.

Reservé y pagué mi habitación a través de una agencia de viajes; como me exigieron pasar mi credit card al hacer el check in, tuve una desagradable sorpresa al finalizar mi estancia y comprobar que el hotel había cargado mi estancia de una semana en mi credit card, a pesar de que ya había sido pagada a la agencia de viajes. Después de numerosos correos, llamada telefónica y reclamaciones a la agencia de viajes el hotel me devuelve el dinero 3 semanas después. Aún estoy esperando una explicación o disculpa por lo ocurrido. Una pena la forma de trabajar de la manager, que te atiende bostezando y el personal del front desk, una de las empleadas le pone ganas pero sin duda le falta formación. El desayuno es correcto para un hotel de esa categoría, pero el personal podía ser más amable y servicial. Ampliamos nuestra estancia una semana más y como no registraron el check in correctamente, le dieron nuestra habitación a otra persona que al ver nuestras cosas en la habitación bajó rápidamente a recepción para comunicarlo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el personal de limpieza muy servicial, pero después de estas incidencias como para no recomendarlo.

Your hotel really has to improve the following: Reception staff needs to be more professional and know how to work the computers, and the very snob attitude of your male staff is unpleasant, not to mention that they need 5 minutes to move from the back office to front, if they do, busy reading stuff or calling private. As we can see them doing nothing, it’s very strange behaving. I never made any unpleasant comment or showed any form of bad attitude, so I did not understand this situation. I observed similar attitude towards other guests. General clean status of the hotel, inside and outside. At any time, there is some form of trash laying around in corridors and outside the doors, the floors in the rooms are dirty. My slippers went from white to black in less than one day. Carpets need definitely some shampoo cleaning. The working of appliances in the room are questionable, Microwave working partially, dishwasher broken, half of the dishes missing. 3 of the 3 wash machines were out of service for the full stay of 23 nights. This service is one reason to stay at places like this. The Gym is dirty, there’s nothing to wipe down the equipment, no alcohol or wipes. The water tank is empty and no cups. Few times no towels. Manager needs some training and train staff. For a chain Hotel all this is not acceptable
