The property connects to the VAST snowmobile trail network, and is a short drive from downtown East Burke, Burke Mountain, The Kingdom Trails, Lake Willoughby and many other local NEK attractions. The main floor is an entertainer's dream, boasting a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and morning mimosas at the breakfast bar. The dining area opens to a living room centered around a smart TV above a wood stove. This floor also hosts two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious deck with a gas grill. The second floor contains three more bedrooms, another full bathroom and a master suite balcony.
