Excellent Location - Just Stone throw away from Herald St Metro and Across the largest Macy. Lotsa Eateries nearby and easy walking distance to Times Sq, Bryant Park, Rockefeller, Grand Central Station or Empire State Building. Really love it's convenience. Black tap is also on the same street. For the hotel - it was spacious and we can easily pack 4 large luggage. Hot water is good. However there's no toothbrush / paste or bathroom slippers provided. Hope they can improve and provide. Similarly for the bathroom shampoo & body wash - to have bigger bottles.

The hotel is quite basic, but location is perfect. They charge to hold your luggage, what now a days no hotel does (to my knowledge).

I was really surprised to find that the hotel charges for luggage storage, even if it's just for a couple of hours! That's something I’ve never encountered before, especially at this price point. The rooms are incredibly outdated and have definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided in the room, and we were shocked to find only one towel in a room booked for four people. The furniture looked like it had been dragged from a dumpster—scratched, worn, and broken in places. The carpet was stained and dirty, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. On top of all this, there’s a mandatory deposit that cannot be paid using Apple Pay! This is a tourist hotel, and you'd expect more convenient payment options. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great location, my room included a nice view of the empire state. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is very good. Everything is nearby for food and shopping. It is also very close to the subway. Especially there is a Korean restaurant next to the hotel that I highly recommend. The water in the bathroom is relatively small and the room is quite spacious. We booked it. It is a quadruple room, but the towels are only for two people. It is a bit troublesome to keep going to the counter. It feels like the other bed is put together because it will be shaky when you sleep on it. There are no facilities and no shower. Supplies, water and hot water bottles are not provided in the room, which is very inconvenient for people who need hot water when traveling in winter.

The front desk clerk was indifferent, the room was dark, the facilities were poor, there were cockroaches in the room, and when I opened the door, I found a pile of toilet paper on the floor, which must have been left untied after cleaning

I booked a terrace room and was given this one. After Ctrip intervened, they refunded the extra money for the terrace room very quickly, at around 4 a.m. in China, and gave me some compensation. This hotel only has one terrace room, no lobby, and there is a very small receptionist next to the elevator. The service attitude of the girls is also average. They said they took care of me, and I could see the view. The location is good, the subway is nearby, and the price-performance ratio is OK in New York. Don't expect too much.

Close to the Empire State Building and the subway next to the entrance. Spacious room for a family of 4. City view but well soundproofed. Very good for a fair price.

A rare low-priced hotel in the heart of Manhattan. Although the facilities are relatively old, the location is good and convenient. The subway is just downstairs.

When I arrived, I heard that this is a hotel where men and women often meet, and I immediately felt that it was unhygienic. Overall, it was ok, relatively hygienic, and in the central area

The location is very convenient, right in Herald Station. Major tourist sites such as Times Square, Penn Station, and MoMA are within walking distance. There is a taxi service, but when I arranged a taxi to LaGuardia Airport early in the morning, I was told that it would cost $75 for the all-inclusive plan, but the company charged me $80. The taxi was not waiting at the scheduled time, and the partner company is not very trustworthy.

I arrived around 8 a.m. with two children, and they said they would keep our luggage for us, but they even let us check in. It was nice to be able to rest at the accommodation and start an enjoyable trip thanks to the friendly and quick check-in. In particular, transportation was very good as it was right in front of the station near the Empire State Building.

Very good, hygienic, good
