For the New York area it is fine. It is very small and is a hotel with rooms for one person. It does not have a chair to sit on because basically nothing fits in the room. It is not recommended to go out at night or late at sunset in the area. Close to the subway. It is close to a Target supermarket. It is a large area of businesses and street vendors. The connection to the airport is a bit complicated.

Hotel well located near bus stops and metro station, enough food outlets and a Target supermarket nearby. The rooms are very decent. The staff at the reception is friendly. The restaurant and bar are very popular. An address not to be overlooked in your choices.

Hotel and the rooms are fantastic and reasonably priced for Manhattan, with room rates in the usual city areas increasing to high numbers. Room is newly renovated, clean, comfortable, wifi works. Attached bath and and toilet is fantastic. Hotel staff is friendly. Near to subway line (2 blocks) that can bring you to Midtown and beyond in 30 mins or so.
However, streets around the hotel is a little sketchy, but seemed safe even in early evening period. Mid-size supermarket behind hotel is well-stocked. Restaurant within hotel crowded during dinner times, but I did not try.
