I think it's relatively cheap if you use Pennsylvania Station in NYC.
Breakfast was included in the price, but it started at 8am and I was planning to take the Amtrak at 8am so I couldn't eat it.

The hotel is decent, no frills, but very clean with friendly staff. It is right in front of the subway and a supermarket, pizzeria and other places to eat are a couple of minutes away on foot.
Walking quietly in about twenty minutes you will be at Times Square and in the opposite direction, walking quietly in an hour you will be at the Brooklyn Bridge.
The location is really perfect, we will stay here again.

Hotel with a good location in Manhattan and with the subway nearby to visit the city. Friendly staff and somewhat old but spacious and clean rooms.

The location is OK, not far from the High Line and the island, there is a Whole Foods supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The facilities are old and facing the street. The most unbearable thing is the air conditioning, which is as loud as a tractor. Not recommended
