Centrally located in SoHo, the accommodation provides top-notch service and facilities. Guests appreciate the delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and quiet, spacious rooms. However, some may find the whimsical art distracting.

Wonderful! Very clean and well located. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Walkable neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Stayed 3 nights in a Luxury Deluxe 5th floor; lots of room.

We are regulars at the Soho Hotel in London and massive fans of Kit Kemp’s designs & buy regularly from the online shop so .. were confident about having 3 nights at Soho London then the next 7 nights at our first ever stay at Crosby St . We had every reason to be confident as Crosby St and its exemplary management and staff were seemless and didn’t disappoint . The Crosby St is not cheap and it’s a VERY busy hotel with International A Listers sitting discretely in the bar with more ordinary folks like ourselves BUT it’s worth every single penny . Staying for a week really allows one the opportunity to get to know a city and a hotel . We forgot to write down all staff names who impressed or helped us but, we must highlight a few - from the delightful door staff ( always smiling and in attendance ) to the incredibly charismatic and most welcoming General Manager Thomas Woynar . Thomas is Ex Peninsula and what a coup by the Kemps to entice him over to run The Crosby St . His immaculate leadership and genuine vavavoom must be contagious as his team utterly love him & we watched him deal with a tricky situation with great aplomb . Kelly whom we think heads Reception is utterly phenomenal , the restaurant buzzes all the time and Joe , Louis , Emerson and pretty much all of the others in this terrific restaurant are just superb . We were on the 8th Floor and everything about our room was beautiful and efficient and the housekeeping staff were so discrete and delightfully friendly . The top end of the New York hotel scene is notoriously competitive and all we can say is that Crosby St thoroughly deserves to be the chosen choice of discerning travelers from throughout the world when visiting one of the greatest cities in the world . We can’t wait to revisit !

I adore Firmdale and stay regularly at their hotels when in London. It’s like a home away from home. The Crosby was a must stay for my long New York visit and it didn’t disappoint. It has that familiar, warm, homely, bright and vibrant feel I enjoy so much in London. Staff were superb and nothing ever too much trouble, the bar is a buzzy place in the evening with a young, mixed, well heeled crowd. Myself & my guests did spot the occasional movie star too. My Suite was a familiar and very comfortable sanctuary. Housekeeping superb. The location allowed us to explore New York easily with great shopping, restaurants and transportation all on the doorstep. I will consider no other hotel on next visit. Fabulous Fabulous !

Absolutely stellar in every way. An oasis in SoHo. Worth every penny. Our family so enjoyed using the private drawing room that is for guest use only. There is an honor bar (you write down the drinks you take). We enjoyed wine, soft drinks water and appreciated the selection. Guests can also order food and drink from the restaurant in the drawing room. It was like a private space for a few times when we were the only guests. A treat! The room was perfection: comfortable, huge windows, blissful bed and luxury bathroom. How many guests have said, “I live here now” kidding not kidding. I can’t wait to try one of this boutique brand’s London hotels on my next visit. They are creating the most luxurious atmosphere. Thank you so much to everyone at The Crosby Street Hotel. The service was also the best of the best. No notes, just warm and professional and excellent.

If you’re looking for a hotel that makes you feel like the main character of your own movie, stop searching and book a stay at The Crosby Street Hotel. I stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving with my mother, daughter and best friend, and it was hands down one of the most magical experiences of my life. Not only is this place a complete vibe with its eclectic and artful decor, but it also became the backdrop to one of the most memorable weekends ever—this was the weekend I said “YES” to my wedding dress. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world. The mix of bold colors, stunning artwork, and cozy yet chic design immediately sets the tone for something extraordinary. Every corner is Instagram-worthy, and yet it never feels forced—it’s just naturally stunning. The staff was incredible—warm, attentive, and always two steps ahead of anything I needed. It was like they knew this weekend was special to me and went out of their way to make everything feel effortless and magical. The rooms? Obsessed!! They’re spacious, filled with natural light, and designed with so much personality. It’s not your cookie-cutter luxury hotel vibe—it feels like you’re staying in an artist’s private loft in SoHo. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms—they’re the kind of luxurious where you’re like, “Can I live here, please?” Between the heated towels to the cozy robes to the thoughtful mini-bar - I didn’t want to leave! Breakfast and Dinner at the Crosby Bar was a highlight (the late night apps are a MUST), and the outdoor garden area is this hidden gem in the middle of the city that feels like a secret escape. What made it even more unforgettable was the timing. I walked out of that hotel, hit the streets of NYC, and found the dress. It felt like the city, and The Crosby, were both rooting for me. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you want a place that’s full of personality, impeccable service, and those little touches that make your stay unforgettable. I’ll forever remember this as the place where my fairytale weekend started. Truly magical.

A really disappointing stay. Customer service let it down, though some staff really lovely. 2 stars for the decor, also lovely as you'd expect and location. I booked for 4 nights with my daughter on our way from LA back to London. Well, I thought I booked and planned for 4 nights. I initially needed to change our dates from the Sunday-Thursday and emailed the hotel to switch our dates to a day later Mon- Fri. I made sure to spell it all out, so no confusion (day/month mixup etc). They got back to me straight away and said no worries we have you booked in for the Monday-Friday now instead. Amazing! But I didn't check the reconfirmation email! Always check! My big mistake. Lesson now learned. I didn't think any need (other big mistake). So we arrived after a long travel day and a 430am start, slightly delirious. The person behind the desk "so we have you booked in for 3 nights until Thursday". Wait, what? I was so tired I forgot about the emails and just thought maybe I stuffed up when booking. (It’s happened) They very sweetly said they had no rooms at all for the Thursday night so we couldn't extend. but to check back the next day as things change all the time! So tired we thought we'd sort it the next day. The weird thing was when I looked online to see if rooms available, there were. Go figure. So I booked a Deluxe Room Top Floor - I had a stroke 8 years ago so have some noise-sensitivity and wanted to be as far from the street as possible. My daughter booked a Deluxe Room. It was on the 6th floor, mine on the 8th and no difference with noise. My advice, don't bother paying the extra 300 - my daughter's room was much bigger and nicer, with a much nicer, bigger bathroom, my room was tiny. I thought mine would be nicer or at least the same as I paid more. Wrong! While her room was opposite the 2 main elevators, not so great, mine was right beside the service elevator, really bad. When I said something later, the person behind the desk said yes but it doesn't ding so it's considered quiet. But people constantly back and forth outside the room, it's not quiet! I think these rooms should be 300 less, not more.A waste of money in my opinion. The next day we checked to see if we could extend. When I mentioned the mix-up with dates but how I'd also made the mistake not checking the reconfirmation email, they didn't even apologise. Yes I know I made a mistake but the correct details were given in their reply to me, so I just assumed and they made the mistake when they changed it. They tapped at the computer trying to find a room for ages. I said I'd be happy to upgrade, was a suite available etc but they shook their head. Weird again, because online there were rooms and suites available. I went all the way through to the payment page to double-check. Silly of me not to say something but I thought maybe something changed etc and I was a little in shock. Were they saving those rooms for other people?? They then went into the back room to check and came ou

While I typically visit New York on business, I decided to take weekend trip with my wife and had the most amazing time. The service was incredible starting at check-in throughout our stay - we loved the Crosby Bar (visited a few times). Huge thanks to the team, hoping to visit again soon for a quick getaway!
