The service and responsiveness of the reception was very good. They were friendly, and when they found out I was staying for 6 nights, they changed my booked room (a small one) to a larger one for free because they thought a larger room would be better.
Trip.com said the fitness center was paid, but it was actually free to use. There was also a laundry room, so I think you could use it for an additional fee.
The location was also close to the subway and train center. There was a McDonald's right in front. Times Square was just a short walk away. It was also easy to get to from the airport.
However, the downside was that when other rooms used the toilet or shower, the noise was quite loud. And the water pressure in the shower was very strong.
