I loved our stay. The front desk and their receptionists were welcoming the moment we stepped in.
I also can’t get enough of the room. It was huge, especially for NYC standard, and the beds were super comfortable! I also loved that they have glassware and utensils around!
The overall design including the small stuff such as lighting and water pressure makes our stay really great.
However, in our room, I was stabbed in the foot, twice and bled minimally, while walking around. It seems there’s a small nail bulging on the floor and when you put pressure on the surface, it pierces through. I wasn’t able to report this but I hope they can do a quick sweep of every room for future guests!
