The hotel doesn't provide services such as towels and shampoo exchange...; if you need anything, you have to go to the front desk and get it from the receptionist.

i love Ramada by Wyndham because it is very accessible to the train and bus going to the airport. there's free breakfast though they dont offer fruits or salad or hot milk. the staff are also nice and friendly. they usually smile when our eyes meet when i walk in the lobby.
