The size of the room is good but the hotel room is a bit old. We asked for another set of shampoo and conditioner twice and the room service never came. Not expected from a 5-star hotel.

They are all great, the location is great, the breakfast is very expensive, a cup of coffee costs 12 dollars, which is too much for my wallet if I am from London 🙈 Not counting Vat and tips. Everything else is pretty good. We were initially assigned to a very low floor and were moved to a lower floor the next day.

The suite was very nice, but the hotel front desk was really speechless and couldn't figure out the order and charges; I was charged twice with my credit card twice in a row. Please check your bills carefully when you return.
