We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the Amtrak station and was walking distance to broadway Times Square Rockefeller center and Central Park. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was pretty good, a wide variety. Bar looked very nice although we didn’t get drinks there. They had live music one of the nights. Highly recommend

Great hotel in Manhattan with a convenient location. It’s within walking distance to many attractions and right next to Penn Station, making it easy to get to JFK and access the subway. The breakfast is decent, though the dining area can feel crowded in the mornings. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Staff Christian, Yohanna and Jeffrey went all out to assist my family in handling the luggage issues and really appreciate their understanding and willing to bend rules to assist. 5 Star Service
Hotel location is good and clean but room and toilet smaller than normal hotel, maybe due to hotel is at the city of New York. Recommend hotel if you want close to Manhattan and Times Square. The only set back is that air cond is loud in the night. Professional staff attitude. Keep up your professionalism Yohanna, Christian and Jeffrey

Room was very small - smallest I've been in in a hotel, so for a one night stay, it was fine although there was a closet to store a suitcase in if I needed to. Bathroom was super small as well. Due to the size of the room, the foot of the bed was literally inches away from the bathroom.
Additionally, the room came with a mini fridge but no microwave. There was a small couch with a pull out table to eat on facing the TV which was on the wall. Overall the room was clean and comfortable with decent lighting. Breakfast offerings is mainly for a typical diet, special diet offerings are very minimal.

The location is very good and the rooms are a decent size, but mine was very dark (not that I care too much, as I was most of the time out). The breakfast was also very good, but extremely crowded no matter the time you went for it (not much the hotel can do if they are fully booked as it seemed in the weekend I was there). All in all, really good experience. I will stay again in it if the occasion comes.

The hotel has complete facilities and a very good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Times Square. However, the toilet in the room drains very slowly and the quilt on the bed still has a bit of smell. The waiter is still very enthusiastic.

The hotel I booked for the exhibition is very close to the Javits Center, a 10-minute walk. It is a 20-minute walk from Times Square. The breakfast is American, basically the same every day, and it can fill your stomach.
