El sitio está sucio, mucho, lo más asqueroso para mi fue ver manchas de sangre en las sabanas. Cancelé mi reserva pero me han cargado 277€ y ahora me toca pelearme con la web… Al final he tenido que coger otro hotel y hacer el traslado, no vayan aquí!

hôtel cher par rapport à ce que nous trouvons en France pour le prix,hôtel pas cher à new york 420$ pour 3 nuits,la qualité n'y était pas : ménage et lit pas fait chaque jour durant 3 jours(pas de personnel?)!!!!,en fait pas de service dans cet hôtel,en plus l'environnement est moche,le seul point positif est la station de métro pour manhattan pas loin de l'hôtel,mais tout est cher,très cher à new york!!!en plus pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais c'est celà en amérique

Bitte Bucht hier nicht euren Aufenthalt! Gebt ein paar Euros mehr aus und geht in ein sauberes Hotel Die Zimmer sind wirklich so brutal verdreckt..das könnt ihr euch nicht vorstellen. Die Bettdecken voll mit Flecken, der Boden wird nie gewischt. Es gibt gar kein housekeeping. Wir haben eine tote Ratte hinter der Tür gefunden! Durften das Zimmer wechseln, welches genau so dreckig war, aber wenigstens keine Tiere enthielten. Das Personal hat sich dumm gestellt und zu allem nur No gesagt. Die Zimmer und die Flure haben komplett nach ********* gestunken. Drogenabhängige Obdachlose kamen in das Hotel und haben ihre Spritzen dort liegen lassen. Man hätte ständig schiss, dass die einem was antun. Dem Personal war alles egal. Der Weg vom Hotel zur Bahn Linie F in Richtung Manhattan, wo ihr jeden Tag hin laufen müsst (10 min), ist mitten im Ghetto. Könnt ihr nach googlen : Queensbridge Bitte hier nicht buchen!

Sembra una stanza dei film horror. Appena si entra si nota subito queste pareti macchiati di non so cosa. Le lenzuola erano macchiate di sangue e macchie marroni o gialle. Il bagno pieno di peli e capelli altrui persino sulle pareti. Un unico asciugamano a testa più uno piccolino da dividere. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di farci pulire la camera e avere lenzuola nuove la al ritorno c'erano sempre le stesse lenzuola e la camera non pulita cioè nemmeno una spazzata a terra.

O hotel ficava a 10 minutos de caminhada da estação de metrô, e a 2 estações de Manhattan e todos os pontos turísticos de Nova York. O quarto era pequeno, porém aconchegante e confortável. O banheiro bom, chuveiro bom. E com equipamento de aquecedor/ar condicionado que funcionava bem. Também tinha um frigobar que funcionava. Foram flexíveis com relação aos horários de check-in e check-out, um excelente ponto positivo. Os recepcionistas Cris e Ahmed foram bem atenciosos comigo durante minha estadia, deixo aqui meu reconhecimento a eles. Fiquei por 5 dias e não houve limpeza do quarto e nem troca das roupas de cama e banho. Além disso não tem maleiro para deixar bagagens. Senti falta de um local para colocar lixo nas áreas comuns, as pessoas que consumiam alimentos nos quartos deixavam nas portas, e lá ficavam por um tempo.

Very inexpensive compared to other hotels BUT you get what you pay for. Rooms are nice size but dirty and pillows are old and you only get one but bed is comfy. No coffee maker and bathroom is filthy and no wash clothes and only two towels. Reviews said bugs but I haven’t seen any yet. They also won’t take your luggage early and require a 60 dollar cash only security deposit. Won’t be returning but have to stay another night. Hope I don’t see any bugs.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel here. I stayed in a "deluxe" room in that hotel during my vacation for 6 days between October 26, 2022 and November 1, 2022. I booked the room because the price seemed reasonable for New York and the location is not too far from Manhattan. However, the room was disappointingly dirty and dusty, and there were bugs on the floor, which looked like cockroaches. Every single evening when I came in and turned on the lights they were crawling on the floor. I have not expected perfect quality of this hotel and was just looking for a modest place to sleep during my trip. However, sharing a room with insects is just a no-go. Reading the other reviews now, I can see that other guests complained about the same issue as well. I suppose if the room has been just kept clean regularly there would have been no bugs. Even though the hotel price was o.k. in comparison to other hotels in New York, I still cannot rate this place with more than one star. There are just certain basic things such as bugs which are not acceptable. I can't recommend that hotel to anybody. Better stay away.

Absolutely not as advertised on ********** Very questionable location in bad part of town. Desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass. Demand cash deposit upon check in. Room had female hair all over floors. No was clothes or hand towels in bathroom. Called front desk and no one answered. I had to eat more than $600 for a two night stay they refused to refund me. Definitely they false advertise their hotel and ensures they get your money no matter what, even if you check out just minutes after checking in. Definitely read the reviews before booking this place!!! I’ll never make that mistake again 😞
