Great location. Good sized room. However, trash from previous guest in room not emptied. Button missing from wall panel above bed for light/curtains control. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great shower. Nice big towels. Breakfast buffet lousy. Would definitely consider this property again, but not breakfast buffet.

The location was in a good area. It was a few mins walk from Time Square and has quite a few food options nearby. Train stations were nearby and it took around 40 mins from LGA airport. The room isn’t super big, but it was perfect for 2. It wasn’t super loud or noisy unless there was sirens. I would recommend this hotel especially at this price point. Efficient check in and out as well.

Hotel should change pad docker. Also, hotel must guide about the cleaning when we check in. I had so much trouble in the process of check in and assigned room. However, worker is so nice.

The hotel caters both to those who are very tech savvy and those a bit less so (like me). The lobby is spacious with great artwork, a lovely bar, terrific staff. There's a lovely rooftop bar, too! The gym is compact but there's enough equipment in it to be effective. The rooms are small as you would expect in a central Manhattan hotel, but they are well laid out. The shower is amazing, the bed extremely comfortable and there is ample hanging space and hangers. The staff (ambassadors) is uniformly polite, helpful, welcoming and positive. I will definitely use the hotel again.

Second time at the hotel last time was in 2021 and haven’t been to NYC since and Citizen M was first to come to mind once I knew I was gonna be in the city, thanks again guys

The customer service here is top tier! Very nice management and staff. Beautiful property. The only down fall is the rooms are small.

I will stay here every chance I get. The location is fantastic, the set up is cozy and eclectic and I just feel like I’m in my own little home here. Very satisfied with my stay once again.
