Close to the city center, nice staff. Good breakfast. The only slight downside is the state of cleanliness, which could be better. The view from our room was a little underwhelming, especially since we paid extra for the view.

The location is convenient , nice room view. The toilets not very functional as the bath tub kept splashing all over the floor. The hotel accidentally charged us for few nights despite we have pre paid in advanced and has caused a lot of inconveniences on our credit card charges . Walking distance to a lot of nearby eateries selections, nearby to attractions and broadway shows , and Central Park as well. Hotel service mediocre , chargeable bottled waters and this is a turned off as we expect such free daily essentials as part of the hotel stay

The landscape is very good

The front desk staff at the hotel was very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at around 8 o'clock in the morning and were able to arrange a room in advance. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good and the location of the hotel was very convenient. However, the hotel is expensive and the service is not very good. There is no free bottled water. I asked for a kettle four times and it took a whole morning to deliver it, but it turned out to be broken... The hotel's hot water for showers is very small, and the water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, which is very uncomfortable.

The soundproofing is very poor. I often hear the door next door closing and the equipment banging on the upper floors. The service is very untimely. The hair dryer is broken. The new one is old and can't be used at all. The equipment is old. The toilet is often blocked. I waited for 5 hours to send a hair dryer and asked for it 3 times. The toilet was even more exaggerated. I asked for it 5 times and waited for 6 hours. The view is really average. The price-performance ratio is too low. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in! The bed was not even made when I checked in!

The room is comfortable, but there are no toiletries, and the bathroom is not separated into wet and dry areas, and the hot water is slow.

The hotel has a great location and the room facilities are OK

Although the room is not big, as space is at a premium in New York, the interior is still exquisite and clean, and it has all the amenities Nanjing has to offer. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the basic varieties of bread, fruits, and salads are all available. One point was deducted for the facilities because of the sound insulation effect, which may be due to the old building.
