I would like to give a thumbs up to the front desk staff, they are very understanding and enthusiastic. It is a good choice to stay with children. It is very close to Lexington Ave & 53rd st of the E subway line and it is very convenient for travel. The only drawback is that the subway card is not very useful.

Location and facilities are great. Close to the subway station and they have a gym and a place for breakfast.
However, our room had a really strong smell that is coming from the carpet which smelled like bleach covering some vomit or stinky milk. It was so bad the minute you enter the room you can smell it. We tried opening the window for the whole night, the smell’s still here. Tried seek help from the front desk and they said they sent a machine to suck out the air in the room. But when we’re back to the room, it still stinks.
Also, the blanket for the sofa bed seems dirty, it has a lot of stains on it…
