Lovely hotel in Times Square, comfy, shower is good, good view of Times Square, the rooms are small but shower is huge. Service is slow and poor though. Beds and tech is good.

First hotel in my life with no water given and I will need to pay usd 9 bucks for a bottle of water.

Great room and lovely staff I believe we got a slight upgrade to the room.

Location, hotel is good. Just the service not good in this hotel. The front desk staff not really friendly and no smile. The ground floor bodyguard is friendly and helpful. Was second time to stay in this hotel but same problem to extra charge by my credit card. Need to be careful.

Good place

Safe, clean hotel for female solo travelers. Early check-in with additional price, but the front desk helped me get a room upgrade with check-in. Awesome hotel, although rooms are small like any other hotel in NY. Only downside was not a lot of food options in the hotel, food wasn't great and was overpriced.

Great location, friendly staffs, clean and cozy rooms, room is small but perfect furniture arrangement makes it comfortable.

Nice hotel in the center of all action. Very friendly staff and great vibe.

The only down side of the stay is the people who clean the rooms are not efficient enough. Whenever I leave my room for cleaning, the only thing they do they tide up the bed without changing the sheets (I know because the sheet with some chocolate smudge on it was the same after cleaning) and the bathroom they only take the trash. I expected more from cleaning in such hotel. Another thing, my room was next an exit, the door kept opened and closed continually none stop during very early morning and that was so noisy. Couldn’t find comfort.

this hotel is in a great location, but the service is so so. Also the room is very small not as the picture describe. it's only good for business trip.

Fabulous location, Clean Soundproofing was awesome so I couldn’t hear the sound from Time Square
