避雷這家酒店！紐約落地到酒店已經凌晨了，辦理入住被告知我一個月前已經付過費的房間被別人入住了！説給我調換房間，先是給我換了一個可以四人入住的房間，結果一進去發現衞生間天花板掉下來了…又換了另一個房間但是衹能住下三個人！可是我原定的房間是要入住四個人的！但是因為已經凌晨，我們第二天一早還要轉機幾個人商量了下決定湊合幾個小時，當時還問了前台，因為換了更小的房型差價怎麼退，結果前台説我覺得我們現在應該focus在先有房間入住，至於退款這些問題他沒有權限讓我明天聯繫他的manager，大家舟車勞頓的就先回房間了，結果第二天退房他們告知manager還沒上班，留了一個郵箱，在之後郵件不回複電話時接時不接，大致意思是不想退錢，因為給我換的也是套房，對他們來説是“同等”的房間！！這麼無賴的酒店也是第一次見，對華人態度也不太友好！
