Abbiamo fatto un pranzo in questo ristorante Kabara, che era buonissimo, il servizio era eccellente, i camerieri parlavano italiano. Ha una bella decarazione nubiana , c’è una parte del ristorante con l’area condizionata, e un’altra senza. Loro fanno un succo di frutta , buonissimo. Complementi 👏 Io lo consiglierei a chi vuole fare un pranzo ad Abusimbel.

Tipica guest house in stile Nubiano, personale molto allegro e cortese. Cibo molto buono e camere spaziose e comode. Si dorme molto bene perché molto silenzioso e alle 4:30 del mattino sentirete la preghiera del muezzin. E presente anche un piccolo negozio dove abbiamo comprato dei cappelli molto carini e alcune calamite.

Gemütliches und landestypische Unterkunft mit schönem Innenhof und Dekor. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen ohne Alkohol. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage sehr geräumig und gute Betten. Lage außerhalb des Ortszentrums und bis auf den Muezzin sehr ruhig.

Nous avons déjeuné puis diné au kabara house, excellente surprise pour la restauration ( nous n'y avons pas dormi). Plats frais, variés, délicieux servis avec le sourire dans un joli décor nubien. Seul hic pas d'alcool pour un petit apéro mais possibilité d'apporter du vin !!

We had been to the temple complex so after a busy morning sight seeing this was a welcome place to stop for lunch before returning to Aswan. It is clearly a hotel as well which looked like a good place to stay and if the restaurant / service is nothing to go by may be worth a stay. We enjoyed Egyptian tagine for lunch which was well presented, hot (not everything we got on Egypt was) and tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. A good hearty local cuisine meal.

This is a friendly no nonsense guest house with clean rooms, good showers and straightforward food. The highlight is probably the Nubian decoration, which really adds a a lot of colourful joy to a visit. It’s also a short ride from the main Abu Simbel temples.

During our trip trough Egypt we decide to stay in Abu Simbel for 1 night in order to divide to bus round trip through the dessert of 3.5 hrs each way and this worked out wonderfully, we saw the temples almost alone and we could watch a perfect sound and light show. The Kabarra Nubian House in which we stayed is a traditional Nubian Hotel, complete with colorfull Nubian decorations and Nubian style accomodations. The room is certainly big enough and the bathroom is provided with all you could ask for in a simpel fashion. The food is really good and the breakfast on the outside terras is a treat, especially if you like birds, there are very many different species to be seen including a very beautifull Smyrna Kingfisher. If you are planning to stay in Abu Simbel we reccommend you to stay in this typical Nubian Lodge.

Superb food and all the facilities of a guest house. Friendly staff plus the bright colours of Nubian culture. It is a real gift to Abu Simbel which does not have that many places which are a big draw. It is newly done up and a great pleasure to visit.

Ottimo ristorante adatto a gruppi abbastanza numerosi ( come il ns ) situato non lontano da Abu Simbel . Servizio a buffet con varie portate di cibi locali e pure carne e pesce alla griglia. Personale veloce e gentile
